Year 6 Memory Book Info

29.6.20

Hello Year 6,

This week, whether you are in school or at home, we would like you to design an A4 page with your memories of FJS and your wishes and hopes for the future. You can make it however you like – on the computer or by hand (pencil, pen, collage etc).  It can be as bright and colourful as you like, and include as many memories of FJS and interesting things about you as you want.  You can include a picture or two of yourself (either drawn, or a photograph if you have permission to include one from your parents/carers).

If you are making it by hand, try to make sure any writing stands out clearly, as you will need to scan or take a picture of your finished page to send to us.

If you are then able to save it (preferably as a PDF or JPEG document), you can then email it to the school office or upload it onto Google Classroom.  The teachers will then put all the pages together and make into an electronic keepsake for you, including all the different pages everyone has made.

We will upload an example of what your page could look like, and some ideas of the things you could include.  You can use this as a template if you are struggling to design your own.

If you could have the finished piece completed as soon as possible, by Tuesday 7th July at the latest, we will be able to put these together into a virtual ‘book’ for you in time for your last visit to school in the final week.

Please contact one of the Year 6 team if you have any questions!
